Dan Steele is a CPA and has been practicing for over 30 years. Dan concentrates his practice on section 199 deductions, transition tax reviews, and export tax benefits. He works closely with clients to achieve tax benefit optimization, and has extensive experience successfully interfacing with IRS Exam and Appeals.
Dan has unique expertise capturing permanent tax benefits in connection with client engagements requiring extensive analysis of the revenue and expense activity of complex business organizations.
Prior to co-founding The DPAD Group, Dan worked with the Big Four for 20 years. In addition to formerly being a Big Four partner, Dan held various leadership positions throughout his career and was responsible for oversight of tax benefit optimization for a broad array of Fortune 500 clients.
Dan and his family live in Pittsburgh, PA.
